Shipping Information

Order Processing:

• Orders placed before 12:30 PM (order, shipping, and payment confirmation cut-off time) will be processed and shipped the same day for standard shipping products.
• Orders placed after 12:30 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day for standard shipping products.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We do not ship to PO boxes, logistics companies, or fairgrounds.

Shipping Costs:

• Free shipping within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain).
• For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Portugal, Germany, France and Italy, please request a quote.

Delivery Times:

• Standard shipping: 2-3 business days for the Iberian Peninsula.
• Bulky items: 7-14 business days (time specified in the product description).
• Custom and Outlet orders: Time specified in the product description.
• Orders to the Balearic Islands and international shipments to the EU: Variable times.

Important Delivery Information:

• Estimated delivery dates on our website may vary due to the logistics management of transport companies.
• We ship products through our own transport, Palletways, Rhenus, Seur ,CTT, UPS, Viaxpress  and Correos Express.
• All orders are delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase. Deliveries are made at street level.
• The buyer will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipment once the order has been processed.
