I have a space that differs from the dimensions listed on the website. Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we manufacture all types of custom products. You can request a quote in the following ways:

  • Send an email info@eco-blu.es to the specified address providing your complete details, along with the measurements and characteristics of the product you need.

What are the manufacturing lead times?
The manufacturing lead times may vary depending on the characteristics of the requested material.
For all orders in white and standard glass, we currently have manufacturing lead times of between 3 and 5 weeks from the order confirmation. However, the delivery time will always be specified in the quote.

What type of glass is installed in the windows?  
The windows and balcony doors with standard dimensions come with double glazing 4/16/4 BE with an argon gas chamber. We offer a wide range of glass options for all custom-made products.

Is the window pre-assembled?  
Yes, the window is shipped as a single complete piece, with only the handle needing to be screwed on. The handle is provided in a separate bag along with the fixing claws and drainage covers.

Does the window include trim?  
No, the window does not include trim, as it is an optional accessory for installation. You can find trim plates in our online store in the accessories section.

How much space should be left on each side for correct window installation?  
It is generally recommended to leave half a centimeter on each side to allow enough space for installation. 

Is it necessary to have a subframe in the opening to install the window?
No, a subframe is not necessary for window installation.

Do you offer installation services?  
We do not provide installation services.

Does the window come with an installation manual so I can install it myself?
An installation manual is not included with the window. We always recommend hiring a professional for this type of work, preferably someone with experience in installing UPVC windows.

What are the delivery times for stock orders?  
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product. The delivery time for each product will be indicated in its description. Generally, most of our products have a standard shipping time of 2-3 business days within the mainland. For products with large dimensions, the delivery time may vary.

What does frosted glass mean?  
Frosted glass is a type of glass that has been treated to have an opaque surface, rather than being transparent like regular glass. Frosted glass prevents a clear view through it, offering privacy in spaces such as bathrooms, offices, or doors.

What is included in the window box?  
Inside the box, you will find the window along with a kit that includes the handle, fixing claws, and drainage covers.

I ordered the wrong measurements; can I request an exchange or return?  
Yes, you can request an exchange or return within the established period. You can do this in the following ways:

  • Send an email to the specified address pedidos@eco-blu.es with your complete details and your order number.

If I receive my order damaged, what should I do? 
First of all, if there is any visible damage to the product’s packaging during delivery, it is important to make a note of the issue on the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged once the package is opened, we will ask you for a photograph of the packaging and the damaged product so that we can claim the damage from the shipping company. We will immediately send a replacement of your product.

If I notice that the window is damaged after installation, can I request a replacement?
No, once the product has been installed, no replacement will be provided. It is important to inspect and check the condition of the product before installation to ensure that there are no defects caused during transport.

My order has not been delivered. What should I do?

I want to request the invoice for my order. How can I do that?
